Excellent game, though not as Scary as the first AvP.

I hope A:CM is like the second movie, this one was cool but the marine was a bit too strong compared to the Aliens.

Here's a short explanation:

Marines:Humans imcoming from planet earth to check what the fuck happened there in the base, they are almost the ''neutral'' in this fight, and when i say neutral, that means that they got killed as by aliens as by predators

Aliens:Monsters coming from another planet in a engage with the predators, their clan assume to a queen, and that queen got owned in this game as in predator campaing

Predator:Creature with futuristic technology attached in his arm...*continued

i've managed to kill the two Praetorians on Hardcore using the Sniper Rifle once. You can then stay there forever, no one is going to bore you; the dropship remains floating behind you. xD kinda buggish!

My main disappointment with Rebellion is the fact that they are horrible at writing stories. AvP 3 is full of plot-holes, accepts the movie travesties as part of the backstory, re-uses environments at the cost of making the game area appear tiny, intertwines incorrectly, and ends far too quickly to be truly enjoyed.

Once the Queen is dead, you can rush all the way down and grab the Sniper Rifle. The dropship will be ready for your departure, so you won't have to kill the two Praetorian Xenos.

Just out of curiosity, why so much disappointment towards the new AvP game? I think it will probably be good since its being made by rebellion, who did the first AvP. The original had much better atmosphere and stayed more true-to the movie (Aliens, mind you) than the second. AvP2 was good, but it was no where near as scary as the first, and Predators seemed more like a weak human with more gadgets rather than the real thing. And they messed up the awesome PR sound from the movies too.

It's better to assume the worst for new releases. It's not worth hyping over. Your first time experience will always be more positive than later replays, so I'm not surprised if people say it's good when it comes out.

And having Rebellion once again to develop the game means the Predator will once again dominate a group of Aliens with ease. Major disappointment. I really wanted a deadly battle between the two species instead of one Predator using its PlasmaCaster and pop each Alien so easily.

I was reading all your responses, at first I thought, wtf then iI finished reading all of them, and I definately agree with most of the points you raised, DEFINATELY one of the eager gamers awaiting the arrival of ACM, but since it has been delayed so many times, AVP3 is getting an increase eagerness rate for me, as it has to last me 6 more months or so...

Hell, I've been playing Alien Resurrection on the PS1 I'm so eager about ACM!
