This video looks very strange - stranded dolphins should be kept wet and cool, otherwise they tend to overheat. This video looks like they have the dolphin wrapped up to try and keep it warm. Remember, dolphins are in contact with the water their entire lives, and their circulatory system and blubber keep them very warm. When they are in air, which is a much worse conductor of heat, they dry out and overheat very quickly. The skin should never be allowed to dry.
