  • Flour is white powder used in baking bread and cakes.

  • Hardest push-ups EVER! That would take quit a lot of muscle to stay that low.

    its not big muscle,it's good mechanics, very relaxed, and lots of practice.

  • @oldsgtmajusmc it's an exercise to make you strong overall. it's not a self-defense. maybe it can help you better defend yourself if you are strong enough to do the move.

  • @oldsgtmajusmc you can try to use this move to crawl away from your enemies :), but do it really fast. it might take a lot o practice. ;)

  • you are right. But he don't put his legs on the flour. He speaks about it in this clip and he explains that his clothe is on the flour, but not his legs.
