You don't see a launcher because finally, FINALLY someone is doing this right - filming the target area with a stable camera. There are enough videos showing the launcher from a shaky camera with a bunch of goons snorting about how funny they are. This video shows the affect. And they are clever and patient in their execution.

When i was a kid- before Youtube... i had a SlingKing water balloon slingshot, and i terrorized my neighborhood with it.! The crazy thing is if you shoot it with the right arch it comes straight down with hardly an angle and so fast that they don't even know its a balloon... they just see water exploding out of the ground. use it when people are loaded or drunk... and you will be entertained for hours....
