@toomuchblond Haha, no problem. Someone else also asked me the same question, so I'll just past it here: You get a bunch of copper wire (with the red insulation) and wrap it tightly around a screw, the wire contained between the head of the screw and a washer/nut an inch or two away. Then just connect the two ends of the wire to a power source (we used a AA battery) with a button/switch in the circuit.
All I can really add to that is to make it neat and aligned for the best magnetic strength
