My brother is graduating, this year, on May 25th. I was listening to this song on my iPod, at school, last Friday. Then, out of nowhere, I busted out in tears. I miss home so much, but at the same time it really feels good to be on my own, knowing I'm living my own life, for me..It's tough at first but like they say, the first step is the hardest. :)

i haven't heard this song in so long. it just made me cry hearing it again. I've been talking with my boyfriend about leaving the house in about 2 and a half years. My baby sister keeps asking me to stay longer and help her when she reaches highschool. my mama cried when i told her i wanted to keep my stuff seperate for when its time for me to leave. This is going to be so hard, but i know they won't forget to remember me :)

this song reminds me of my sister Amanda. When I was 7, she was 18 and going to college. My mom made her a DVD with this exact song and pictures of her growing up, and pictures of us. Now I'm 12, Amanda's 23 and graduated, and she lives with her boyfriend. I hardly see her anymore and I miss her like crazy. Sometimes she's even called into her work on holidays. thumbs up if you love your siblings who have left home.
