Nah, no roll cancel, no jump-cancel. Most of the command grab attempts are avoided by doing something that gets Guile off the ground at the right time.
1) Guile's far standing roundhouse is airborne for a few frames when he takes that step forward. He's also airborne during most of his backdash.
2) Flash Kick is invincible on startup so this one's basic.
3) Guile's forward dash is airborne briefly, but it's enough cuz Gief's SPD only grabs for 1 frame.
