It is fake, because you can see, that just when the mic gets slammed into his mouth, the cameraman immediatly zooms in with the camera. Nobody, who is not anticipating what is going to happen is that fast on the zoom button. Usually it lasts a second before people notice and react to a situation like this. The camera not only zooms, but also goes out of focus at the same time. A camera will not automaticly go out of focus just because you zoom in. So this has been post processed.
