You measure gas output from a compressed Gas tank! ( The large PVC pipe that held the gas while the torch valve was off) That is not the cells output! That was just decompress your PVC tank.

Even when there are millions like me who can barely afford to fill up their gas tank this technology will never get to the common man because you are not willing to share the design. You will sit on this technology forever wanting to go into manufacturing but the government will not allow you to do that. All the while every day Americans are suffering at the pump. I'm not associated with this demo - I already have a more advanced system that we will give away the ablity for small applications. What we need is all the people like you to get rid of the local rules and taxes that keep harasing us.
