It's definitely live, the tracking may be off a little due to the editing of the video, the backup singers may be singing along with a ghost track, but she's singing the hell out of it. A couple of really strong songs, and please people don't compare her to Mariah Carey uggh.

They are capable of repeating a sound, and even copying the main singers voice so it sounds like a multi-track. Do not underestimate the skills of the people around a main singer on stage.
