Tyra is really beautiful but the before picture was photoshopped/airbrushed in the first place, nearly every advertisement picture of every celebrity regardless of cause even if it looks so natural, is still photoshopped/airbrushed, and a lot of the time its done perfectly so the pictures still look very natural and realistic.
