This is just a response 2 the number of comments, people have made on this video trashing Janet. People expect toooo much out of janet because of the number of hits, history and awards she is collected through out her life. Damita Jo &20 YO both went plantinum but to many people, those albums were flop because of her past hit success. People just need to lay off of her. She is Janet Jackson, she has placed her name in the history books. People just need to back the fuck up off of my girl.

I hear u. I was on tour with her in 07-08 (background singer). Always thot she shud just continue 2 bank on the old stuff. Needless to say, she's kinda over it (understandable 4 some1 who was basically born on the stage). She'll always b 'Miss Jackson' (if you're Nasty), but I'm afraid any come-back (chart/tour-wise) will have 2 involve her classics. Not sure if we'll ever get to c that, but I'm blessed 2 have performed w/ 1 of our great legends Ms. Janet! :)

The thing about it is, Janet has NOTHING else on this damn planet to prove. She has set and broken plenty of records that other top artists today still cannot touch. @antonyware she accomplished a lot more than many artist on the planet. The only artist to have number one albums, tours, books, movies, and hbo specials. Multiple grammys, emi's, ascap, bmi's, and a plethora of other accomplishments which she still sets today. Janet is the shit and always will be. Everybody else is just jealous.

Artists out today still pray to make numbers like that, and both debuted at number 2, despite all of the Superbowl bullshyt.
