@PurK1Fry Despite your sentance sounds a lil' better, it's still not something a french would say and it sounds as "lame" as the original (except if you're canadian)... "Parce que j'ai la classe" would sounds more natural and even if it does not mean the exact same thing, it would fit a lotta better. A translation ALWAYS needs some adaptation for make it looks / sounds more natural.

In french we use a lot of english idiomatic expressions. Thats what young people could say to their friend only if you know the meaning of these words otherwise I'd not translate like that.

"j'ai de la classe / j'ai la classe / je suis trop classe" is totally correct, your version is a bit more formal. The aim of a translation is to keep the meaning but like I said earlier you can not do that by just translating words by words nor by keeping original words.

On dirait du québecois à la limite mais aucunement du français.
