He gives soo much misinfortion.

1. The 1971 war is known internationally as the Bangladeshi Genocide not indo-pak war.

2. That war was against Bangalis for like 7-8 months before the Indians got involved. After they got involved war ended in like a month or 2. So you can't say it was indo-pak war when they came at the very end.

it doesnt matter if bangladesh didnt exist at the time, the revolutionaries were fighting for the people of bangladesh and those who were wronged became citizens of the military dictatorship that was formed from the defecting east pakistan regiments. once they defected, they were soldiers of the new nation they were fighting for. therefore the democratic government which succeeded the military have the right to hold tribunals to hang the butchers that sided with the racist forces of west pakis.
