nice to hear from you, john. I told john winslow that i had talked to you awhile back and he said to say hello. he now has twin girls, just about to start jk. are you still in michgan? the van is still here in my garage. if you here or see lino tell him "Hi"
John Pratt checking in here. Perry, Lino and I were founding members of Roadhouse Vans back in the mid eighties. Lino the original owner and builder of this van was and still is a close friend of mine back in my hometown of London, Ont.
This was the third transformation of this van from it's original state when it was called "Night Moves". The decision to chop the body was made after a minor traffic incident if you can believe it. The original license plate read "Bad Cut"
There used to be a late 70s Econoline i think? called "Prime Cut" it was orenge had a heavy cop and section,it came over to the uk to a custom show in the early 80s.
Can you try to convince him to come to Vanfest in Aylmer Ontario near London June 13-15. There would be about 500 vanners and truck owners who would be thrilled to see it again.
i would love to but i'm in the construction business and thats when i have to make money.I knew brett eland and was there when he started roadhouse vans and i still have my orginal pin.
