I don' t undestand why bankers are paid more than nurses. what kind of twisted values do we have when glorified pen pushers earn more than people who save lives?

I work with Macs and have access to an editing suite which could be used to trans-code the original video so as to fix the frame-rate problem.

Codecs can be a nightmare if you don't have the correct ones - unfortunately I'm not an expert on FFMpeg, but as I said - If you reply to this, we can sort something out if you can forward the video in it's original format. I live in Ireland so I'm sure we could sort something out via post.

The original, which was in rm format, was only marginally better quality than this. I’ve since managed to develop a better quality solution that seems to keep the frame rate intact.

The original file was dire enough that I didn’t think the modest quality increase would be worth the effort of redoing it. I don’t have a copy of it anymore though.
