  • laugh all you want, but this film was 50 year ahead of it's time

anyone who followed the advice of waiting 1 hour per beer never had a problem with this

  • Sid Davis IS A GOD

  • Drivers' Ed. oh, those were the days. Did these change the way any of us drove?

  • "Nobody thinks much about driving after four beers." Whew! Gotta love those family-values Fifties!

  • Interesting that Sid Davis remade this film in color with almost exactly the same script in 1968.

  • He also remade his first film (Dangerous Stranger) around the same time.

  • who is the girl @ 2:22?

  • Very brave, IMO, to do an anti-drinking film back in those days..

  • .15% LMAO!

  • the guy doing the narration sounds drunk

  • where do you get this gr8 vintage stuff? i need some of this!

  • The legal limit was .15? How can u drive competently on that amount of alcohol?

  • @korngirl95616 My father used to drive like that (probably worse) all the time. He'd find a big truck that was heading in the same direction and follow it up close for as long as he could. Bad habit, but I'm sure there are plenty of alcoholics around that do the same thing. I remember a film like this from the '80s where a kid stands in the driveway holding a jack-o-lantern as his father pulls in; as the film closes all you see is a crushed pumpkin.

  • Why do all the male teenagers in these '50s shorts always look like they're pushing 30?

  • Sid is over the top, but the message still makes sense.

  • gr8 vintage clip

dont drink and drive k guys ?
