  • Is s/he crying?

  • Wow listen to the end... cohesion from individual to family to tribe to allied to state to nation to... micro macro.. across scales.. wave theory... no more theory clarly articulated as fact across peoples. societies..

  • This is the EXACT history myth of the mystery schools depicted in 2001 Space odessy, the psychopath fairy tale - russell was a eugenicist. Social cohesion was to be enforced by sterilization, euthanasia, extermination & war. His ideas come from plato's republic, for plato's republic to work the people have to be deceived by a guardian class, russell believed himself to be of the guardian class - there is a plato's republic free podcast

    Thank you for the upload

  • @LadyCaritas i am unsure of your evidence of this and find it shocking from I understand of Bertrand rationale thus far.. I trust that you are mistaken.. have you listened to part 4 of "in the praise of leisure?"

  • I have read through his letters and his biography, nearly everything he did was predictable considering the company he kept at the Fabian Society, every "thinker" is also a product of their time but it is clear from his writings that he told many inside jokes that were giggles at the "intellectuals" Im not saying he was stupid, i would just encourage people to do as the zen folks say 'kill the Buddha'

  • The Buddha said, "Do not accept anything by mere tradition. Do not accept anything just because it accords with your scriptures. Do not accept anything because it agrees with your opinions or because it is socially acceptable. Do not accept anything because it comes from the mouth of a respected person. Rather, observe closely and if it is to the benefit of all, accept and abide by it." This Sutta - the Kalama Sutta - is the root of Zen-style inquiry into the true self.

    im not buddhist tho

  • haha poop..

  • Bertrand Russell was one of the greatest minds ever. I must have met him if he were alive today. And i must have asked him only and only one question:

What do you say about unrequitted Love sir? Dawood Batozai

  • this is poop. he doesn't sound like he knows much about biology, and he makes a lot of assumptions about prehistoric culture.
