The balcony is only nice to me when we are pulling into dock in the morning and you can go out on the balcony in your pj's :) and look at the beauty of the island without being in your own beauty lol, and its good for when you come back to the ship early which I only go off to shop and back on and if your balcony is facing the island its beautiful to watch from there as well, or when the sun is about to go down then you can go out and take pics and relax, course I'm all over the ship, lol.

You should have went out to the balcony but overall gives a good idea of what to expect :)
