  • Thanks for the comment, but I demo it slow because in this instance I want the scapular retractors and posterior delt to work to a high level stabilizing the upper spine and shoulders. I change the speed by indicating tempo in the program, but this is the correct technique whether fast or slow.

  • Man gud form! But y are u moving so slow? Its suppose to be an explosive lift thas y it a snatch grip deadlift!
