Imagine two brides - one is wearing a bridal diaper and one not. Both brides have a sudden need to #2 and rush to the nearest rest room. They can't get their dresses off in time. Bride 2 now has her gown and consequently her wedding ruined. She will have to reschedule the wedding and buy a new gown. 10s of thousands [or more] of dollars down the drain. Bride 1 OTOH simply removes the dirty diaper, cleans herself up, puts on a clean diaper and her gown and her wedding goes on as planned.

Imagine two brides - one is wearing a bridal diaper and one not. Both brides have a sudden need to #2 and rush to the nearest rest room. They can't get their dresses off in time. Bride 2 now has her gown and consequently her wedding ruined. She will have to reschedule the wedding and buy a new gown. 10s of thousands [or more] of dollars down the drain. Bride 1 OTOH simply removes the dirty diaper, cleans herself up, puts on a clean diaper and her gown and her wedding goes on as planned.

That makes sense. I can't imagine you'd want to take a dump in your diaper during the ceremony, you can do that in the toilet beforehand. But you're going to need to pee, and you can't do that during the wedding ceremony. So, why not wear a diaper? The groom should probably wear one as well.
