as the 928 got newer, it got uglier. Some people think that cars have to evolve. This is false. If cars are constantly changing, then this means the designers have no clue as to what they are doing. Why does a good design need to be changed? evolution is for stupid animals in nature, not cars. Take for example the new 911's by porshe. They look like fucking UFO flying Chryslers. Or take an old classic 308 ferrari. Why change this beautiful car? what is the point? a 308 is a 308.
Way too fussy and overstylised to be a true classic, could be in fashion for a year, whereas the icons stay cool for 40 or more years !! imo.
