iOS 4.2.1 Review [iPod Touch, iPhone, iPad]

I just updated my Iphone 3g (iOS 4.2.1) and now I can't open the multitasking bar, when i double-click on the home button it opens the ipod. How do I open the multitasking bar?

My friend have a iPod Touch 2nd gen. Jailbroken ver. 4.2.1 and have Voice Memo and Game Center. I have iPhone 3G version 4.2.1 and I don't have Game Center.

@BucksBoy97 when you restore it in itunes dont set it up as a new ipod, set it up as a backup of whatever you called it before you restored it.
