Well, I guess you're right about that. But when this vid went online about a year ago, I'd never heard of a band or artist called Atmosphere. Anyway, there's no intention to mislead and maybe some people might even dig the vid - a bit like asking a death metal fan to listen to Frank Sinatra I suppose, but it's a strange world.....!

I'm not sure there's a definitive answer to your question, because the writer of the song, Ian Curtis, is dead. But if you care to listen to the work of Joy Division, you might come to appreciate the title a bit more. The original version is on Youtube - search Joy Division Atmosphere and listen to one of the great bands of the 80's.
