I've seen rockets lauched from vandenberg as well...they look just like this..and it always seems to be around the same time just after sunset when you get those trails lit up and the rocket looking like an early star in the sky BTW its not Canada PDR CA is Playa del Rey California

I never realized that there was also a light hovering above the unknown object. It is there the entire time so it can not be a plane.

Actually the light can easily be explained by any of the following:

1. It is moving away or towards the camera.

2. It is very far away so it appears to not move or to move very slowly.

3. It is a helicopter that is far away.

I see blinking lights all the time and just because they don't move doesn't mean it's a UFO. By the way, why did you cut the camera off so abruptly?

Alright, although their is similarities to the minotaur launch, the cloud of smoke the object is coming out of is way to large. Minotaur does leave clouds of smoke in its trail but its not the same as that. Its not a rocket, that's for sure.

this was a ROCKET launch people. if you actually take the time to do research on these things instead of believing what you want to believe, you'll find the truth. there are a few legitimately unearthly clips you can find here, but this isn't one of them.

I didn't know about the Minotaur, but this is good learning for all of us ufologist wannabes. This kind of contrail is usually associated with missiles or simmilar rocket propulsion. Very unlikely the propulsion of choice for an interstellar vehicle.

It's a rocket launch. These have been proven to be rocket launches. They are in the upper atmosphere and probably coming down in a huge body of water. It could also be space debris or a capsule but not a wormhole.

your explanation makes no sense.. weres the proof? also space debri's doesnt make that long lasting cloud. The glowing stationary object might have been a star but the moving one definately was not. SOrry the rocket explanation just doesnt work. Also explain how a rocket creates smoke in front of it.. you see how the object went THROUGH the center, meaning the exit of the smoke was already there to begin with.

To the casual observer this looks alien-ish but it's a rocket launch. We see these all the time in Phoenix from the launches in Ca. The noise you hear is the camera's microphone and the backround noise. I guess I'll have to find a link and prove it to you since you seem to really believe I am wrong. I want to believe that this is an alien craft but it's not. The rocket seems to be remote controlled by the way the contrail looks too. No aliens here...boo hoo
