  • Hey vantagetes you snuck into the site early to blow the operator didn't you?

  • @3Mudbone1 Why yes I drove 3 hours to a city I don't live in to pleasure an operator who doesn't even work for my company. Then I danced a jig and twirled my boot.

  • @vantagetes That explains how they get so many shovels full of dirt on your videos.

  • @3Mudbone1 I obviously didn't do a very good job in this one, that guy had more half buckets then I can count.

  • @vantagetes glad im not the only one

  • So is this rented stuff? I take it your looking for help?

  • Got yea

You still have lots of work or should I say does kidco?

  • @farlinj The job I'm running right now has over 30 pieces and we will be starting a second shift next week to go 24 hours a day.

  • I know it's not kidco but does he not work for kidco? Is he just spying on the compition?

  • @farlinj In our efforts to get you guys great videos we will make videos of other peoples equipment so you can see different ways of doing things.

  • cool

  • Why would kidco do the roadsbut this slow company does the larger earthworks?? WTF

  • @farlinj Who said it was a Kidco job?

  • did the 450 honk at the 30 to leave i dont understand why hes backin down the ramp? hes damn near full

  • That's just a big box scraper or land leveller for flattening the tire ruts.

  • Hey Vantagetes! Another nice video. Just wanna ask tho...what is the deal with so many ponds. Seems your always digging ponds. What are they for and why? Does Kidco ever do any road/highway or site sevicing and sewer projects?

  • @anewbeggining21 Typically a large portion of the cut in a subdivision comes from storm ponds. This is for two reasons. One the pond has to be lower then everything else to allow the storm lines to drain into it and two every subdivision has to have X amount of ponding area to hold the storm water generated from the development. Plus they incorperate expensive walk out lots along the pond area and create more revenue! I'm on a road job right now, expect videos soon.

  • @vantagetes Cool man! Thanks for the reply, can't wait for those vids. Cheers

  • I like those Hitachi 450's, nice video!

  • NIce Video!!!

  • Great vid and machines! What kind of tractor was that at the end (in the backround)?

  • @Xx69roadrunnerxX It looks to be a scraping box or a roller. Pulled by what looks like a Case 4WD farm tractor, hope this helps.

  • @Xx69roadrunnerxX It kinda looked like an old Versatile or MF, I dunno tho just my guess.

  • @anewbeggining21 Versatile is the name of the game.

  • YARRRRR!!! whats that rig up there hauling something on the road? it just comes up and turns towards the end.

  • @theoman69 It looks to be a scraping box or a roller.

  • @theoman69 Box scraper/grader for fixing haul roads.
