This is actually ATK Launch Systems (Alliant TechSystems), located in Promontory, Utah.

This is at Aerojet in Sacramento isn't it? You can hear the tests from miles away. The smoke plume is quite mighty even from a distance. I haven't seen a SRB test, but I've heard or seen the smoke many times.
