It does resemble Green River but not the same tempo. I agree with timboss56. I could never understand the lyrics. You make up your own words based on what you think your hearing and then when you find out the actual lyrics, you are relieved to know you got some right and disappointed to hear that you were way off on a lot of them. @Delivered0ne: That is the correct passage for the lyrics. The entire song makes sense if you've ever been in law enforcement. He is saying a "pair of 45s", in speaking of her breasts, being "big guns", which was for a couple decades slang for big guns (and that being slang for large breasts).

he has the lyrics right. Hope that clears it up. Indeed, like many singers, his slurring of the words doesn't make it sound like those are correct, but they are. Common in rock as you know.
