I've never seen this kind of dancing. So graceful. This is my favorite so far. After someone passed this on to me I spent the night watching their videos. I looked up and it was 4:24 in the morning! I'd like to hear them just once in person. Come on Carabajals! We'd love to have you all come to Montana. I'll take you camping myself. I bring my guitar but we'd have to be quiet at 10pm. lol Songs
@Ghardell Yes, Ghardell. I shouldn't have but I'm a mother as well as a teacher and this kid got to me. Sometimes they are just not taught. They need to know that on the internet the people they are trying to hurt are real. I had my say and won't respond to him in the future. :) Songs
@gurru1984 You know, in my eyes, when you're on YT you represent your country? But I'm old enough to know there are filthy animals (like Ghardell said) like you in every culture. I say nice things and you come back with dirt. I feel sorry for YOUR mother to have born and tried to raise a decent human being and you mess it up. Shame on you. Grow up and be an asset to both your country and especially your mother!
@Songsmirth thanks for your love of our music. This video was recorded in a folkloric music that takes place all Januaries in Argentina, in a city called Cosquin for 9 nights (Google "Festival de Cosquin", " 9 moons of Cosquin"). People watches the artists on stage and then the party goes on in the streets until the sunrise (or later). It worth a trip to Argentina for sure. The Carabajal are one of the most traditional folk singers of our country, you should read the poetry of Peteco's lyrics.
I am afraid that at 10pm Peteco and his group are just finishing dinner (or beginning to dine) lol. Look for videos of "chacarera" if you liked the dancing. Also "zamba" (with "z" because with "s" is a Brasilian dance, nothing to do with what you saw in the video.
I hope you can come to Argentina and know more about us, is a beautiful country to visit. Have a great 2012 and ignore trolls :)
Now this song is wonderful! Thanks for posting fit. Fun stuff. :) Wish I could understand the words but it doesn't matter. Good music is good music. :)
Thank for listen our music argentinian, this song speak for love and our roots!! y very beautiful songs!! Peteco Carabajal is at the most popular singer for our music, this rhythm is chacarera! is very fun!
