Many times this. I saw the original and thought it was an OK pop tune. Then I saw this parody and I thought it was hilarious. Then I saw Buble's response to the parody; pure gold! The fact that this guy can enjoy a parody of his work puts him worlds apart form many artists and as a result I started to look at his music in more depth. To anyone who hasn't tried it yet, take a listen to his awesome 40's & 50's pop and big band music.

It's encouraging to find entertainers that are cool and don't take all this shit too seriously. I said last week that if I was permitted to testify before Congress against SOPA/PIPA I would play the Russian Unicorn video. I would also definitely follow it up with this video reply. There's room enough in this world for original works and parodies as well, especially when the original work is just being used as a springboard for something totally different.
