@jeflagoon I wouldn't say it "looks cheap" but instead it "looks plain". If you go through muscle car history, you will see flashy dashes aren't really the focus of the car. Besides, I personally think that all dashes now a days are pretty plain looking.

@jeflagoon Though I agree it could be better, It's current design does not offend me at all. I personally am emotionally attatched to that car. I think the Stangs dash is kinda dull too. Take away the chrome bezels and it's got nothing but the center console and shifter going for it. Dodge has always gone the the "Less is more" motto giving you everything you need and keeping it comfortable and functional. When you make things complicated like GM you get a lot of creaks and rattles after a year.

The reason why you have more power at the rear wheels after a power adder is because it's causing the engine to make more power, but you still have the exact same drive-train loss (that has to do with trans, drive shaft, rear end, etc).

0-60 in less than 4.9 secs if you install good tires, I have 09 300C SRT8 and the best 0-60 time i got was 5.7 secs cuz of tires spin and this alone take 1 second from the acceleration, install a high performance tires with a very high grip to make sure the rear tires doesn't spin and get the correct 0-60 time.
Viper SRT10 ACR can outhandle ZR1 and out accelerate ZR1 from 0-60mph with 38 less horsepower. and the standard srt10 can't outhandle but is more fun, and can go 0-100 at the same time as the ZR1. both vipers are also cheaper than the ZR1 and turn more heads than a corvette because of how often we see them. the ZR1 is only fast because it is supercharged.

Viper starts at $92k new ZR1 starts about $108k.
Real world cost new viper will run you $105k zr1 will be about $115k.
ZR1 leaves the viper in the dust though. Well worth the few extra bucks.

The reason why you have more power at the rear wheels after a power adder is because it's causing the engine to make more power, but you still have the exact same drive-train loss (that has to do with trans, drive shaft, rear end, etc).

again ill point out how u say it took supercharger and at least the viper is na. gm didnt have to use a supercharger to make the power. its because 638hp boosted is better then na, and a supercharger has no lag.. again if it was about power they would slap on a turbo and no have 85+ hp loss thru the SC belt and have less motor wear but they don't because it DOESN'T TAKE a supercharger to make that its just better then na. so please dont say it took a supercharger cuz we now know its not true

@MPLSTORM Ya I'm not sure what you are talking about. But I am on Dodge's website right now, an ACR with no options runs $108,185. And now to Chevrolet's website: A ZR1 1ZR runs $109,800. Also, the ACR that was tested came on factory installed Racing Slicks. Granted, I would rather have a Viper, purely due to the fact that the interiors make me a very happy person. And the sound. But still, get your facts straight before you post comments.

0-60 in less than 4.9 secs if you install good tires, I have 09 300C SRT8 and the best 0-60 time i got was 5.7 secs cuz of tires spin and this alone take 1 second from the acceleration, install a high performance tires with a very high grip to make sure the rear tires doesn't spin and get the correct 0-60 time.

Viper SRT10 ACR can outhandle ZR1 and out accelerate ZR1 from 0-60mph with 38 less horsepower. and the standard srt10 can't outhandle but is more fun, and can go 0-100 at the same time as the ZR1. both vipers are also cheaper than the ZR1 and turn more heads than a corvette because of how often we see them. the ZR1 is only fast because it is supercharged.
result: ZR1 is over-rated!

you want to know my favorite thing about the srt8s? its that at a 40mph roll i can beat them in a race cause the trans never knows what to do. fyi i drive a 96 trans am (lt1)lol. of yeah and as for the performance pages thing that you have....... its called a g-tech pro ss. you can pick them up for like $200 and work in any car. give you 0-60, 1/4 mile, 1/8 mile, times and mph. horsepower and torque. oh and how many gs your pulling. hate to burst your bubbble on that one but your not that sweet

well obviously the gt500 sucks at handling...it uses a live rear axle in the back...all ford did was take a regular mustang gt and drop in another 200hp without any compensations in other important areas...as far as the vette it just oversteers and the standard one is not as good as the z06 or zr1
