That's it. I'm fixing my camera tomorrow and filming. You and Ant's training is looking incredibly solid as always and I'm glad to see he's progressing so well. Also loved the tire strength training and the crazy dive roll. Glad you put a lot of persistence runs in there as well since I was planning on basing my video on the same thing.
