Face it, this is it folks. A public paid for facility has been sold to a private company who has decided it is going to 'assist' and/or 'police' the exact people who paid for the facility.

What are the elected officials doing ? Are they quietly complying? Are they sending the Sheriff's Dept. out there? Do they know what this co's. intentions are?

Or has the town sold its own poor people out as a dry-run citizen detention? The people who paid for it are their first customers.
