I had this problem once. But, I fixed this by drenching a large sheet in water and then freezing it in my deep freeze and laying it out before you go to bed. This allows you to get a good sleep and him to be nice and breezy cool.....Other alternative, build a dog house outside and during the winter, have a doggy door somewhere and leave it a crack open at night so he can have a nice cool sleep :D

I've learned they have cooling beds. That might get him out of the shower. They're beds that are cooled by electricity, so he not only will he be cool, he'll be on a soft surface. There are water-cooled ones, but they are heavy to move, I've read. We had a Saint that slept in the shower. Couldn't find her, knew she had to be in the house & finally I pulled back the shower curtain & there she was.

saints are one of the biggest breeds and they have hair also basically they are made to live in snow... they have history of saving people from drowning under the snow.... they would find the dying person .. dug him out.. give him their body heat.. and the brandy which would normally be hanging in their necks...... amazing and loving breed

Just a thought. I have a siamese who will run you out of the house with his snoring. Maybe, if you give him a
