you're actually wrong. They're standard metalcore, but I give them props for not using breakdown galores. They still use the simple formula most metalcore bands use, though. I don't mind it as much as others, they're certainly not the worst in the genre, they just have nothing new to offer.

Although you are mostly right, they have something about them that just makes them sound very different from other bands like BMTH, I'm not sure what it is, but it is there.

@gaaraforever100 also, chorus is in Major tonality. only some bands do that. typically, metalcore bands stick to the minor tonality, atonal modes, and a shitload of breakdowns.

major tonality goes in contrast with the minor and the breakdowns, thus creating contrast and therefore MUSIC. because music is REPITITION AND CONTRAST
