@1991jarhead: This was never meant to be spot on. Although for my own loadout, I'm the IBA guy (I bet you know what I mean), I can vouch for it's a spot on loadout typically used in OIF before the MTV was issued. As an expert as you sound like, I bet you noticed my IBA is complete even with the rare collar-yoke and even the add-on SAPI side plate carriers. I also don't have the sleeves rolled up. I can't tell others what to wear and how to wear, it's just a hobby.
I don't think unloading on full-auto with assault rifles is a good idea at all. If you had a 30rnd mag, it'd be wasted in a few seconds. Semi-auto is more useful, IMO. By the way, nice vid! And I've been doing a lot of thinking about what I want to do after high school, and so far, I'd really like to join the USMC.
@xavier9706 I agree this does not represent the Marine Corps well at all. Its cool to see somewhat genuine Marine loadouts, but still the team doesn't function like a Marine unit would.
@xavier9706 wow fuck off, " we risk our lives and you do a reenactment" its a video dude chill out, ever seen black hawk down? any other war movie? those are reenactments too, and guess what, people actually died during the real event, im military and you dont see me on here, ( an airsoft video ) complaining cuz they made it, get a life bro
@CutHardstylez: Are you? Then we've prolly seen each other on one of the past Army vs. USMC games. We're not an organisation, just a bunch of USMC players.
@Akhtum100: He obviously wasn't quite right in his mind. Thanks to the USA, evildoers like him don't have it so easy nowadays. God Bless The Free World.
Awesome!!! Not to hate AT ALL, But why did you use that huie though cause huies are retired I think. But GREAT Video make more Marine corps videos! Oorah!!!!!
@GamingNinja123: Yea right, we should've ordered a blackhawk or the new osprey or even better an amphibous assault ship. I'm so sorry we settled for a huey. Please accept our apologies. Btw, the Huey is not retired. The Marine Corps uses the latest version, the UH-1Y Yankee.
Dispersion. Never be that close to eachother during a combat situation. 10 meters at least unless you're talkin to a team leader under fire whome you cannot hear.
If you're kicking in doors be alert. Knees BENT, muzzle ALWAYS up (avoid flagging tho). You gotta be in more of a "combat stance" Check corners and the overhang(ceiling) before approaching hostage/target for mines, targets/boobie traps. Always keep your sleeves down unless you arent in combat loadout
@Quartz91: Indeed, the Marines are the fighting branch of the US Military, but MarSOC should be good in hostage rescue. Also, this is just Airsoft, we did everything on first shot, no script, no rehearsal, no nothing.
not to sound like an ass but that one guy is too fat to be a Marine. Maybe as a US Infantry soldier it could pass ( Ive seen my fare share of fat guys in the Infantry)
@shutyourdangpiehole: It's like in the real world when you're not sure if it's the actual person you're supposed to rescue, it could be a trap. That's why you may do a body search and cuff him up until you're sure.
you guys jumped off a helicopter and dumped easily 300 to 500 rds..no point waist of ammo i can see if your on the verge of being overran or exviling a hot location but on an entrance you guys should be move and shoot, one by one, ladder stack, conserving ammo so if it does get a little hasty you guys are ready to dump those last rounds and still make it out just some skeptical criticism not to hate
most of the guys were wearing the same vest (like the guys at 1:21) and iv been looking for one everywhere. if anyone knows what they are called and where i can find one, i would very grateful.
I have been wondering why in other countrys, airsoft players get geared up in American military uniforms, from what I've seen, I only see few people actually gearing up like their own country's military. I mean no offense by this comment I am just wondering... (btw that is sum badass equipment, and I was wondering where you guys got those helmets)
@enaronch: In a certain situation spray shooting can be helpful. Example: Navy SEALS do that if they are compromised and need to get out quickly. It can help to keep the enemy's heads down. The following youtube video shows what I mean: v=gTwd8MFfk18 (starting at 0:34 mins)
@XxNickSSxX44 not the best, but definitely had more sense than many other airsoft wannabes. some wore german camo with jeans and run around in a cqb area with a barrett
that was a wicked cool helo with the spinning blades. nicely done. yeah and i agree with 68calsurgeon, the marines don't generally roll their sleeves up that far in the field. But otherwise, it was simply awesome
Nice USMC impression, loving the MTVs and MARPAT and nice attention to detail with guns what with the PEQ-16s and ACOGs. might I suggest knee-pads though, that slide looked like it hurt ._.
@68calsurgeon: I didn't have them rolled up, but I can't tell others what to do and what not. Although, I've seen them rolled up on some photos of Marines deployed in Astan.
@Soldier1287 Its a universal rule in the military, that when deployed the sleeves must be kept down, A) for better camoflauge and B) it will supposedly protect you from getting burnned in the event of an IED attack.
hey can you tell me how I can contact that place. I live in HK and I have a couple of friends that airsoft fanatics and that place seems really nice. Thanks!
idk why people are asking if the marines are goona change uniforms this patten and uiform is probably the last one well ever have cuz it works so well it was designed by active duty marines whos seen alot of cambat and know what is needed to preform well and stay hidden from the enemy plus we just had a uniform change in 2001 so no we aint goona change except probably change the colors and make a uniform for the artic warfare teams sence thats where they mostly operate
@hooramarines You are dumb, for one the Marines don't use "hoorah" we fucking say "Oorah" "Yut" "Err" and other stupid words like that. Two, our uniform was taken from the Canadians "CADPAT" and the colors where changed and the EGA was added. Three, Marines is always capitalized so get it right. Four, there already is a "artic" camo as you call it. It's white grey, and light grey and comes in isn't a set of cammies, it's a jacket and pants, similar to the goretex we are issued. Semper Fi.
Everyone looks pretty well geared, only problem I see with their load outs is that none of them have kneepads. Issue kneepads are always a good touch. Amazing to see people in well fitted marines gear though, great video.
@philiptsang2009: I dunno why the others don't wear any, but I indeed dislike them for being uncomfy. I like my legs unobstructed for freedom of movement. I have kneepads though, but I rarely use them. If I do, then mostly on one knee only or just for looks.
@azuremain hey for woodland. would u get woodland BDU or woodland Marpat? I want to look like a Marine, I am going to be a US Marine. And excellent video
@johnpsmith84: As stated before, none of us is in the Marines. However, I have seen obese Army and Marines servicemen (I have photo proof). Having said that, being obese is in the Marines is certainly an exception.
Marines don't roll there sleeves in combat nor do they do it anymore in uniform,MARADMIN 621/11 made it a policies to assure uniformity.
