If only 'Traffic wardens' were nice. The reality is that they are the outsourced, minimally paid/trained, pedantic, ticket-incentivised (basic+commission) kerbside manifestation of the privatisation of public services. Proper, Police, traffic wardens only give tickets in the case of genuine obstruction/hazard. Councils need to make money. Thatcher stopped them doing so through renting houses, and so now they are driven to the desperate expedient of highway robbery

Either these drivers are all actors so the implied realism is very dishonest, or they are real people being distressed & having their blood pressure skyrocketed for nothing, then bought off with a tenner. Peel back the verneer of supposed comedy and, whichever way you cut it, this is a nasty ad.
