  • Thank You for this.!!

    The Everly Brothers sing this

    beautifull song on The Album

" A Date With The Everly brothers "

    Erik Tielman, Floridadaa

  • his cool.great song.

  • i love this songs old style! its so beautiful if u sit back and listen to how its words come out smooth and the music is slow. the love in the words are heart touching

  • Amen....:)

  • Teddy got it right with 'Upfront & Down Low'. This is the style he should stick with. I think 0brando0 knows something we dont...

  • This is a very very Hank Williams style of song

    ( although not written by Hank ! ) .

Yea, it's OK, but rather old fashioned,

and the bridge is very unexciting .

Teddy's voice is excellent, very clear

but he should focus on better material .

For example his version of "Tonight will be Fine" is a much better song ( written by Leonard Cohen ) and hence he can get

    much more emotion into it..

  • Really?

I think the form of a great country song like this really creates emotional impact.

It's what makes country music great,

the necessity of working within the lines.

"The more constraints one imposes, the more one frees one's self. And the arbitrariness of the constraint serves only to obtain precision of execution" -Igor Stravinsky

  • that voice just nails yer!

  • He does a good job, but this was originally written for the Everly Brothers, and their version is still the best.

  • As it says on the screen this song was written by Boudleaux and Felice Bryant. They wrote "Rocky Top" the unofficial fight song of my University of Tennessee.

  • Now this, I like. I usually do not enjoy country, but this brings it back to the old days. Very nice.

    yg

  • iam a country fan and this is one hell of a song

  • all aces great ////////////////////

  • The relationship of the Thompson's to country music is pretty interesting. Richard, of course, was both inflluenced by country music and heavily influential on country ( just look at how huge 1952 Vincent Black lightning was as a country song) despite being a cerebral English folksinger, and now his son Teddy is doing country tracks like this

  • I'm a sucker for a love ballad, and this one was great. This young man is truly talented. I enjoyed it and will be watching it again and again I'm sure.

    Thanks for sharing it.

  • The music is beautiful, I can understand the words, there were no explosions or busted guitars. THIS IS COUNTRY MUSIC!

    BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Oh what a cutie, I really love his face, he is perfectly handsome. Of course he sings awesome too! :)
