@ArticulateFish Huh? As I know, to be economic, you must have both friends and enemies on the Tribal Stage. Is there a way that you can become economic while you have started as a Religious city?
@VauxhallVx Yes, to start as an economic city you have to be at blue but you can become economic if you capture another city (by religion or war, whatever you began as) and choose to keep it as an economic city. Then just use that city to convert all the others to be economic :)
@VauxhallVx Hmm that's quite strange, must have got an unlucky planet if the other 3 cities on your starting continent are all religious/military. Normally it's one of each. Somewhere there ought to be at least one city or the game would be being unfair!
Being religious is a very hard task. I want to be Economic, but I can't.

@ArticulateFish The problem is that there is only Military and Religious cities, all of them happy.

@ArticulateFish Yeah, there is an Economic city, but ALL the way in the other continent across the sea, and it is happy.
