I would say is partially Korakuen Hall's fault as well. If my memory serves correctly (don't watch too many Deathmatches) Shadow WX is know for fire spots. You'd think they'd be a little more prepared for the possibility of something like this happening.

Got a guy who's prone to fire? Have a few guys with extinguishers in hand, AT ALL TIMES. Though I will admit WX walking into the crowd burning was rather foolish, but he may have been incapable of seeing where he was going.

Shadow WX is known for his liberal use of fire. It was actually this incident that caused Korakuen to ban the use of fire.

That being said. If you're going to put a shirt that's soaked in a flammable liquid on and then light it on fire, at least make sure it's big enough that you can easily take it off.
