Thats Jesse Morell. I've seen a few of his videos. He's simply a misguided fool. Fairly harmless. He is no doubt regarded as a heretic by his fellow quasi-baptist, "born again" bible beleiving idiots, because he rjects the fundamental doctrine of Original Sin, spoken about quite plainly by Paul.
