Superman's vision and breathing powers made the difference! They even took away his flight, healing, and invulnerability! No way Superman could win under such circumstances! Ultimately, this isn't the comics (though it's fun to debate those).

I agree that Spider Man would lose, but Superman couldn't beat the entire Marvel Universe! Thor, the Hulk, and the Silver Surfer could take him, just the three of them. The Silver Surfer by himself!

I guess he could adjust his spider-tracers to act as painful hypersonics, but so what?

With Batman, that's sorta true (not saying Batman would lose, just that he'd need other things--Read Batman: Hush), but Spider Man could do it with kryptonite and a good strategy. Too bad it doesn't exist in the Marvel universe!
