  • You could not pay me to eat at that place. North Koreans are famished, the agricultural system at a stand still...where do you think that "beef" is from? Haha.

I have uploaded "Kimjongilia" a movie length documentary about the North Korean concentration camps.

  • That's to bad. They can't "have it their way..."

  • notice how its empty...its all for a show. nobody there can afford a meal.

  • @iloveredbull09 Ding Ding we have a winner

  • cappuccino fries? i wonder if i can get those from mcdonalds.

  • I like my fries dark roasted with three shots of ketchup.

  • thumbs up if your glad you live in a free country

  • @scribbie145 Pls interpret this "free country"! Where the best way to keep controlling "citizen slaves" is to give them the illusion they are free, hell why not let them think that they can actually pick their own leaders?Where you live with a bunch of brainless sheep under a consumer propaganda?Where you can spend your hard-earned money on worthless junks, get slowly poisoned everyday and sweep it under the carpet as long as your family's safe?Get tased 4 freedom of speech? What??

  • @RockoStylezFlyest i know right....maybe ron paul will fix it. or the economy will collapse after the politicians fuck up. i hope this nation get overthrown by the people. cuz with the way this countrys headed it actually scares the shit outta me, and this is coming from a soldier a defender of freedom.

  • You know the biggest difference is the lack of backgound music, here in Europe and I'm sure in America you go into most stores and they'll have some muisc on or the radio. It really helps to set a friendlier atmosphere.

  • In order to have a better N korea, fat Un needs to be killed.

  • now way this would be some propaganda video :D

  • @krotalhn you are so right.

  • I want a McKimilsung

  • North Korean McDonald's

It's not our fault if you wake up in a gulag and work for 60 years,

  • Now take your weapons of mass destwuction and get the fuck outta here!

  • Another idea the North Koreans stole from America!

  • @Kenny2k08

Fast food is older than the USA... Just sayin'

  • @sausagesausage But who popularized it? 'MURICA! Subway: Largest fast food franchise on Earth. McDonald's: Second largest! KFC! Pizza Hut! Burger King! The list goes on and on.

  • well, i personally rather eat here than to eat at any fastfood joint in any ghetto.

  • how american....

  • The North Korea Girls in this video are very nice!

  • Their fast food makes our fast food looks like a piece of garbage.

  • Undeniable proof that the Koreans working at this restaurant understand zero English if they serve the fries in a coffee cup. They would be downright stupid if they tried serving coffee in the french fry containers.

  • LoL fries in a cup

  • @Broaxis15 Uhh yes, fries in a cup. Cardboard cups are perfect for them, no different to a small cardboard box.

  • They all look so lively. :D Employee of the month will be stiff competition. XD

  • the burgers are nicely done...

  • still looks alot healthier then the shit fast food america has :-/

  • for a country that hates the usa, they sure like the food. i smell hypocrisy

  • he spilled a french fry,thats 1 day's payment.jk

  • If that really is North Korea, it's probably a 2 weeks wages just to take your family out.

  • @jfgentner678 How would you know?

  • at lease you can get a burger some countrys you can,t get it they be on that veggie shit

  • For me a McTorture with chips, please. Mmm, this country smells fried freedom!! :-(

  • too bad food is banned in north korea

  • Probably only for good members of "the party" who can actually afford to eat out while the most of the country eats dirt.

  • looks scarily sterile.

  • sad that those ppl have to live like that

  • 0:30 They go hi-tech with touchscreen technology...

  • They are serving Cappuccino flavor french fries. Now that's innovation.

  • @GooseHinson Goes well with the chicken fried dog.

  • Hmm... Should I try the Mac Kim, the Mac Jong or the the brand new Big Mac Un...

  • @Firesphere I heard the Mac Jong was the best. Don't forget your commushake though.

  • @Meteorained Haaaa!!! Luv it!!

  • But if order wrong you will face a fire squad!

  • Even their burgers are in line like an army :D

  • how i wish that this wasn't staged

  • This looks a hundred times better than any fast food I've ever eaten.

    Except for Subway, of course.

  • 1 word PROPAGANDA... i take number 16 with extra onions

  • Comment removed

  • Wait, I was watching climbing videos. How did I end up here??

  • imagine what their health inspectors are like 0.o

  • The food's propaganda acting is very good!

  • American imperialists make burger and fries that make you fat. Dear Leader's burgers make you lose 10 lbs overnight, even with all of the toppings and fries.

  • @nightfrog65 lol wtf?

  • i would feel bad eating in that restaurant knowing few miles from me there are probably people scattering for food.

  • mmmm Soilent Green

  • WOW MUCH???

  • lol and the patties are made out of human from the prison camps.

  • lol they're all actors. it's a propaganda video.

  • @heavytrike propaganda ? why?

  • This was made in 2009, now in 2012 this restaurant has gone broke due to Kim Jung Un eating everything.

  • great leader=inventor of the cheseburger

  • Cook or DIE

  • wrong dressing = into the camp you go.

  • They seem to have bigger meat patties and more toppings than we get in the states.

  • WE WORK HARD TO INCREASE BURGER PRODUCTION

  • @JeanClaudeHotDamn 0:26 THAT'S HOW A SOCIALIST CHOOSES HIS BURGER! Look at the strength of that finger!

  • This is actually a Waffletown renamed to Samtaesong ("three big stars") so all you guys who thought otherwise, now you know.

  • Yum. Soylent Green Hamburgers. I wonder where the got all that meat?

  • I will never complain about McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy's, etc. again!

  • co to kurwa frytki w kubkach do kawy? co za szmylc

  • Earth by the US is actually much better, and I know this because I saw western descriptions of my nation while it was under the Stalinist regime!

  • @voon100: And you're the genius who makes this irrefutable claim! Any proof? Nope. It's just a guess buddy! If Kim Il Jong was as bad as the west described him, he would have been killed long ago in a revolution, and his regime would be in the annals of history now. Sure, he is a militaristic dictator, but his regime resists, and this means that the people are, at least partially, satisfied with his rule, and this IS, probably, a restaurant for simple people. Every country described as hell on

  • North korean fast food? an alley cat with all its legs...

  • Only the elite can afford to eat there.

  • It's a commu-burger with a cup of commu-fries with some commu-coffee.

  • North Korean people eat Capitalist fast food, what a shame.

  • @qwertyui66771 What makes that food capitalist? Is it run by private enterprise or the North Korean state?

  • I constantly notice there are very pretty women in North Korea... and I bet those burgers taste like communism :)

  • Yes people, this is in North Korea. i have read about this place on the internet. But its only for the party elite & the few tourists who vist North Korea.

  • Price 0- ^-^

  • 45 farmers was killed in north korea to make 1 burger

  • God..those hamburgers looks delicious..

  • With all the great food and culture, why the fast food? lol

  • @JeffroTV - North Korea has neither food nor culture. The country has to import massive amounts of grain from abroad as it has been struggling for decades to feed its own people. In the mid-nineties hundreds of thousands of North Koreans died of starvation. As for culture, all the country has to offer is a product of its propaganda apparatus.

The restaurant was opened to convince the west that North Korea is modern and well off - which it isn't.

  • @slightlygrouchy its culture is pretty interesting if you ask me

  • Da macpyonyang

  • But, there is no a picture of the "Dear Commander" in any wall. Kind of strange, no?

  • @AdministradorMKT Must be burnt onto the bun of the burger.

  • I went once into a McDonalds and waited for a exetrem long time, but still no one came to me to help me with order. Bad Service!

  • Another Potempkin Village load of commie bullshit propaganda..And of course it is clean and orderly, they only had to make six a day to send to Dear Leaders house, Longer delivery time now that he is in Hell.

  • @supressorgrid

It's Potemkin. And if you look carefully there are actually people eating there, not only "the dear leader" (who btw isnt in any hell cause there is no such place)... Or wait, you will tell that they are from the secret services or something like that...

  • @Subliminalverse13 Sorry, I suffer from finger lisdexia..er...dislexia. These "customers" are probably his kin folk or other government elitists. Ever notice that every govenment big wheel's name begins with kim?

  • Looks very clean compared to an american mcdonalds or burger king

  • MMM-MMM dog burger!

  • I don't get it.

    It's clearly normal.

  • still better than ukrainian "fastfoods"...

  • 20 items on the menu yet you can only get 4 because of stock shortages....

  • It looks better and cleaner than McDonalds.

  • Let me see, should I have the Kim Jong-Il burger or the Kim Jong-Um burger or the Kim Jong-Sung burger. Choices choices choices.

  • @Zooni2 I would suggest the Kim Il-Sung Special with a side order of Revolution Fries and a Special Commie Sundae.

  • propaganda at its best!

  • HAHAHAHAHH silly Koreans think they get a choice

  • Mmm... I'm hungry for some DPRK burgers.

Also, I like how they serve their fries in paper cups. That's they it should be done - it helps the fries to remain warm longer.

Are you watching, McDonald's, KFC, Burger King and all other fast food joints? I want fries served in paper cups.

  • fake life.

  • Why would they put the lettuce and tomato under the beef patty?

  • @particle409 So that you can taste the beef better - I always do that when I'm having home made burgers: put the stuff UNDER the patty and you will taste the beef better.

  • you need platinum party membership to enter that establishment

  • ITS FAKE!!!!!!!!!, Kim Jong used to get his McDonalds flow in from China, That is TRUE, look it up for yourself, He woulld get McDonlads Flown in and delivered !!!

    Google It Yourself

  • is this a real video? i don't see the korean hangeul writing script in the vid. and i've seen n. korean burgers before, they are nothing like what they look like in the vid.

  • Wait. Fast food in North Korea? I don't think they even have slow food.

  • @gouskin Yes, they have, too. Only, they call it snails.

  • Gotta love the fries in the coffee cups.

  • i really wonder so much this country! we have not enough information about this country... lots of STUPİD rules..ooo.. i want to goo there:) . and this citizens cant use ineternet! PEOPLE ARE SOOOO HUNGRY AND POOR!

  • According to the local propaganda Kim Jong Il invented the hamburger.

  • This is like a 5 star restaurant for North Koreans.

  • Even the North Koreans can make better food than the Americans.

  • And yet it still is better than McDonalds.

  • @NinjaJedi how true is that, but theres no outside influence to reflect other wise :D

  • @NinjaJedi No, it is probably not better than McDonalds. Jeez, what's with people assuming that American stuff is inferior to everything else? Have some common sense and Google around before making comments. McDonald's has been making burgers for decades and US beef (even the garbage parts like they serve in McDonalds) still have certain standards and quality control, unlike in North Korea. I mean, just look at that sad-looking N. Korean burger. I'd choose Big Macs over those anytime!

  • What happens if someone randomly yells "Kim Jong Il is a fag!"?

  • saw the fries cup? It's for coffee!! XP

  • @SSUstufRudel Obviously, in North Korea, it's not.

  • @SSUstufRudel I agree with you

  • @SSUstufRudel don't tell them

  • Yes, this is north koran accuracy.

  • Yes, he is, and now he must work here for all eternity AND eat the food.

  • He's dead! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @twelve121 They dont have to change the name Burger Kim anyway...

  • sorry bad english xD

  • anyways, we will never know what's happening there, remember that north koreans are the enermies of practicaly the entire world. about if north korea is a good or bad country, i prefer say nothing

  • North Korea seems depressing, even though that food looks good

but I wonder how they would feel knowing South Korea is thriving from Samsung to having huge Asian bands like Girls Generation and Super Junior. Two different worlds....

  • this propaganda video is staged as usual to try and bullshit the world that they are great , ye the people at the tables will have been taken in by secret police , that kim bastard is a evil brainwashing beast , he needs to be shot so his people can have a life even if its just freedom of speech and proper food , and no prison camps where people are murdered daily .

  • The cameraman was never heard from again

  • @mmutasim2: HAHAHAHAHA! That's awesome! :-D

  • but in North Korea they don't have any food

  • LOL! Just noticed that they're putting fries in coffee cups :P

  • I would really like to have some.

  • They sure make it look clean and tasty... but how many average North Korean citizens actually get to EAT this (or anything else) on a regular basis???!!??

  • these restaurants are most likely fake and exist for propaganda purposes only! if they were real north Korea would not be suffering from famine all the time!

  • No thank you. I prefer my American Imperialist Angus Burger.

  • Why does every North Korean look so sad? i mean i have seen a few videos of them and they all look like they just want to be some place else.i just wish that some day north ans south would become one nation again.

  • anyone notice that the fries containers are coffee cups

  • You get shot if you mistake the order.

  • it so clean & neat but the burger doesn't look as good thou.

  • Guess I would like your opinion I want to become a NK citizen...

  • this is bullshit

  • I hear somewhere that they only have a pizza restaurant, because Kim Jung Ill like's pizza, and order to one korean to came to Italy to learn how to do it. And that's the only fast food restaurant they have in N.Korea. This Burgers must be something new, or N:K: propaganda.

  • least its not sweaty in macdonalds

  • The hot dogs are real dog. :)

  • Phwhah! Remind me to open up a fast food restaurant and importing North Koreans to cook.

  • That looks surprisingly un-crappy. However, lets not forget that on average North Koreans are still receiving half the calories per day humans need.

  • I thought they ate tree bark in Nort Korea.

  • @TheMaxx111 yea look 0:27 the two girls are confused why there are no tree bark on the menu.

  • I want to order a BIG MAC il Sung :)

  • lets not pretend they have food readily available to average people.

  • I didnt knew they had food there...

  • So this must be filmed by the Culture Department of North Korea, as filming using any other method is prohibited? They said that they don't rely on outside aid, and that it's hundred percent state supplied. I bet those burger patties, mayonnaise, were all from the UN's? The government don't use it to aid the starved? ...it's unimaginable that despite all these, famine, poverty, starvation..were all recurrent outside Pyongyang. This burger is made up out of these expenses.

  • This is better than in AMERICA. They stack their burger nice and neat like in the commercial. LOL

  • its korean mc donalds

  • I was expecting Charlton Heston ("Soylent Green") to barge in and shout ; "It,s PEOPLE !!!

  • Pretty good propaganda.

  • All participants in video were later shot for not having Lenin statue! WHO WAS PHONE!!!

  • whr thy get the ingredients ..i tot u dun barely hav food 4 urslf thr...or mybe...thy import from othr countries..and their great leaDEER said "Oh,i,who discover tis...u may all take this"

  • actualy looks better then the crap they sell over here

  • @Jayyy419 what they sell over there is for party elites. here it's for everyday common people.

  • @Jayyy419 if you want better food over here, go to a 'real' restaurant not a fast food one. What the hell do you expect for a few bucks?

  • probably made from farm humans from labour camps
