Its not working, i make the LiveUSB, i go to my laptops boot menu, but i see the message when i select USB Stick it says "Missing Operating System" then boots Windows XP.

After all, anybody should take care of modify BIOS settings (F9) to do the USB stick, bootable . Usually can be done at 'boot order options' at boot time.
Success can be achieved just doing it thoroughly in the above order.
