@TheTeRmInAtOr788 erm... once you paste it using ctrl+v it'll automatic in layer? maybe you should watch again if you don't understand what I saying

@lorf151 CTRL + C = COPY; CTRL + V = paste. you select the picture you want to copy, press CTRL + C, go to the background picture and then press CTRL + V. : )

hey answer this question y when i do what you did, for example imagine that you outlined the skater again. when i delete the background, instead the skater dissappears. do you know why that is?

I used a basic mouse. It is CS5 but you can use almost any version of Photoshop.

I do not understand why you have to put music on a tutorial instead why can't you explain how you are doing this so that people can understand better? That makes more sense to me but I guess you like to just complicate things more
