Know I think HIV is on the decrease because you rarely see the gov spend money to educate people like they used to.Herpis is the one virus they are having a lot ot trouble with right now.The boy that died of an lung infection could have had bordetella pertussis. The mother might not have vaccinated the child because some children get complications form the vaccine. Once the child develops whooping cough all the doctors can do is watch him aficiate when his diaphragm gives out.

You probably think that if you get hurt you will automatically get admitted into any hospital in Canada, which is true. It's the same in the U.S. though. It's illegal for any hospital to not treat you if you go in with say, a broken leg. However, the difference which makes the U.S. system better is that here if you need a specialist or some kind of surgery done you can get it. In Canada you have to be on a waiting list and many people die on it. So much for world class.

thats right I live in Canada and I had had a broken ankle which was very painful they made me wait about 5 hours and if you wait to long you cant do anything to something broken

5 hours? In my local hospital if you come in with a broken anything you go straight into the ER as soon as you get there.

Chiropractors have warned people for over 100 years that medical errors are killing people. Now medical errors are the3d leading cause of death in the USA. Somehow it seems to be so excessive that one could suspect it is intentional, especially since it's nearly impossible to get a verdict against a MD (mad-doctor). Soviet Union had one of the best health systems in the world. Its sad to see how it deteriorated.

Brazil's health system is also very bad - unless you can pay for better treatment. Most of the public doctorshave the mood of Doctor House, but not his intelligence. We are mistreated and not healed. I wander why is it so. Both Brazil and Russia have plentyful resources and staff, so why is i so?

It sound like they have to redo the hole medical system. There is a another temp. solution. The doctors could not practice there skills till they can self insure themselves for say instance 250000 dollars in a gov trust fund. Gov controled self inssurance give the doctor more motivation to practice his skill more responsible because its his money at stake. His premiums will never go up or down. Its kind of like being a doctor and business man at the same time.
