@blkgnuz2007 Well, Nintendo has been allowing third party M rated games for sometime. They pretty much stopped the censorship of them once Mortal Kombat II came out on the SNES (North America and PAL versions). Hell, even the Wii has the likes of House of the Dead, Call of Duty, and No More Heroes.
