Why would they not believe you? you had hair before the shaving cream and after the spoon got done with it there was no hair. So unless you're using acidic shaving cream or something XD

Shaving with a run-of-the-mill spoon would be much more spectacular. I am pretty sure, you could sharpen those up as well, but they probably would loose their edge after the first few passes.

On the other hand, ppl shaved with bronze knives in ancient Greece.

Sir, this is a cool video. You must have hide-tough face skin. I tried with a straight razor before, and it was awful. It was probably dull, but even shaving down and then up left me with stray whiskers and whatnot. I would like to do this again, but other than a knife shop, no one *around here* Sells straight razors.

@AllisonsAnarchy I don't believe that Murray's intention was efficiency - he certainly wouldn't recommend this for shaving daily. You saw that it shaved so it was 'effective' in that sense and definitely worth a try since nothing like this has been done before.

I thought it was a denney's spoon, they are actually sharper than denney's knives because people stir their coffee in the ceramic cup, the ceramic sharpens the spoons. God I hate that I know that.
