  • i did those yesterday and I had a hard time with 35 pound dumbell and im strong as hell, but I think its about balance more than the wieght...and barbell is akward i think a kettlebell would be better

  • Very hard and respectable exercise, but the reason I don't do it is because I think I'm not gonna build a v-taper torso with that, because my obliques will grow too big.

  • Very difficult ex. The guy below me is right, though. You should at least try to crank out three at a time without resting.

    Is that a 53 pounder? I do mine with a 44. =/
