sup cuz! like the sound of the flowmasters 40. Im thinking about trying to get this similar sound. Do you have details about your configuration that Rick set you up with? single in, dual out? or dual in, dual out? and how much did it cost ya?

@fusion808 its a single in, dual out, 3.5" tips, it cost like $480 i think, but don't quote me cause every set up is different, just gotta ask rick. do you have a frontier too?

@thebestofevan1211 sounds good bro! my girl just got a used 05 crew cab LE and she wants to be able to hear the motor. I was thinking about just doing a muffler swap with a flowmasters 40 and a resonator delete for about $250, but someone said that might cause too much of a drone between 2200 and 2700rpms. So it might be more worth it to shove out the extra money to get a custom cat-back system.

@fusion808 hmmm, well i would just put in a whole new system, I'm not sure if switching the muffler out will be good for the stock pipes cause of air flow and stuff but its worth getting a whole new system. and once you drive it for a while you'll be able to press the gas to an exact RPM to get different sounds

Gotcha. Mine sounds like shit when it's cold and at idle. I guess you get what you pay for. So as far as driving it's not really that loud?

Does yours get a ricey sound at high rpm's? I have the same set up on my 2011 but I have glasspacks instead of the 40 series. I'm considering swapping them out for the 40 series or maybe the 10 series.

ANYONE LOOKING TO GET THEIR NISSAN FRONTIER EXHAUST CHANGED AND WANT IT LOUD GET A DUAL EXHAUST FLOWMASTER SERIES 10 IT IS LOUD AS FUCK HAVE ON MY GOLD NISSAN FRONTIER ONLY 2 NISSAN OF THAT COLOR IN THE CITY BUT MINES HAS WAY MORE STUFF THAN THE OTHER ONE SO MINES IS BEST IN THE CITY :)

Getting these made up for my Nissan Navara/Frontier in Australia... Gotta get the custom made as flowmaster isn't in Australia and it would be cheaper for me to get them made out here instead of importing lol... You're video convinced me to get a set up like yours, thanks heaps!

is that the 4L? ive got a 2010 frontier Pro-4x with the 4.0L that sounds good, but not as good as that!

i have a 2011 nissan frontier and im looking at the 40 series and have one quick question how loud is it from inside? i dont want to regret getting it because its so loud i cant stand it

Hey how did you blue your license plate on your video? I have a K&N FIPK cold air and an Air Raid throttle body spacer.

@surose13 i used final cut pro. haha i do video editing for like a living so i got the software. I'm not sure how you could do it basically, just probably take of your license plate is the easiest and quickest way to do it when you tape it. cant wait to see the video!

I went to ESH Waipahu and they had given me an itemized list on a receipt. To me it felt like B.S. Needless to say I ended up going to Rad Motorsports just down the street from ESH Waipahu. They hooked me up with the same setup you have for the same price you paid. I'll post a video soon. Oh I didn't get the flowmaster I ended up getting a Spin Tech exhaust! Sounds great!!!
